The final certification page will be signed upon review of the application by the Township Council members and upon verification that all needed documents are complete. Upon singing the Certification and Assurances page by the Township’s Mayor, Police Chief James Abbott will ensure that the signed and dated Certifications and Assurances page is submitted to DOJ in accordance with grant program guidelines.
