This proposal sets forth the basic terms on which I am willing to provide such consulting services to the Township, subject to the execution of a mutually agreeable consulting agreement (the “Consulting Agreement’). It is my understanding that the Township requires provision of the services set forth on Schedule A hereto (the “Services”) in connection with the Township’s acquisition of Rock Spring Golf Club (the “Golf Course”) and selection of an operator for the Golf Course. I would be willing to perform the Services in consideration of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), payable fifty percent (50%) by March 1, 2019 and the balance on April 30, 2019. If the foregoing is acceptable to the Township and the Township wishes to retain me to provide the Services, I ask you to please return a signed copy executed by an authorized signatory as a binding letter of intent.
