As much as | would like to use the simpler form, | suspect the Township will want something closer to the Fiber Optic agreement. | will use much of that agreement, but if you can, please advise if the section 14 liability insurance provision would apply. Does the Township really need this insurance throughout the term? | think the devices just get affixed to trees - no wiring, no digging, etc. The association would obtain proof of insurance from any contractor installing the devices. Sharon - can you provide a description of the devices so that | can describe and reference them in the agreement? 4/8/2013
