Experience includes involvement with all phases of civil engineering, land surveying and planning projects throughout New Jersey. Site and subdivision engineering, including single-family, multi-family, industrial and commercial facilities from concept through construction. Surveying experience includes property outbounds, easements, right-of-way acquisitions and dedications, topographic location, design, construction and as-builts; all plotting, mapping, subdivision, design and associated survey related work. Designs include single-family, multi-family, commercial, industrial and recreational projects through final construction. Direct involvement with analyses, design, construction and project supervision of area-wide storm drainage and stream improvement projects. Responsible for design and construction of roads, sanitary sewers, storm drainage and water treatment facilities, rehabilitation projects, park construction and other related municipal/ private work. Forensic engineering related to various capital projects, including expert testimony. MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES: Since 1980, Mr. Stefani has been a Partner in the firm responsible for providing municipal and consulting engineering to various municipalities and has accordingly administered the design and construction of significant public works facilities in central New Jersey. ND TRANSP' H Mr. Stefani is also involved with traffic and transportation engineering from minor roadway improvements to major highway related work. Projects include intersection review and designs, including signalization for various municipalities, design and construction of roadway improvements, roadway reconstructions, roadway evaluations, traffic counts and traffic analyses. SANITARY AND HYDRAULIC PRODUCTS: Mr. Stefani has been involved in the design and construction administration of water facilities for various municipal and private clients.
