Actively oversees the preparation and coordination of plans, specifications and applications to various Municipal, County, State and Federal government permitting agencies. Design experience includes preparation of roadway improvement plans, park and recreation plans, site development and subdivision plans, flood hazard area permit plans, soil erosion and sediment control plans; design and analysis of stormwater management facilities, preparation of drainage plans, water distribution systems, design of sanitary sewer facilities and design of individual subsurface disposal systems. Coordination with regulatory agencies and preparation of various permit applications including CAFRA, Flood Hazard Area Encroachment, Statewide General Permits, Transition Area Waivers, Treatment Works approvals and other regulatory permits and approvals. PARTNER MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES: Mr. Valesi provides a variety of municipal engineering services to a diverse client base. While providing services as a consultant to municipalities, he has been responsible for the daily activities of Municipal Engineer, Planning Board Engineer and Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineer. General Municipal consulting experience includes, but is not limited to, site plan and subdivision reviews, preparation of grant applications in accordance with requirements of funding agencies, planning, design and construction administration of municipal capital projects and coordination /observation of development projects ‘on behalf of municipalities. SITE PLAN AND SUBDIVISION PROJECTS: Mr. Valesi has extensive land development experience including the planning, design and permitting of shopping centers, housing developments and industrial/institutional site development projects throughout New Jersey. REDEVELOPMENT: Mr. Valesi has been involved in the planning, designing and implementation of redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey. Experience includes identifying areas in need of redevelopment in accordance with the provisions of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40:12A-1 et seq., preparation of redevelopment plans, preparation, solicitation and evaluation of request for proposals to select redevelopers, Assisted in the preparation of redevelopment agreements, and performed site observation and inspection of public improvements to support the development.
