Mr. Rohmeyer has extensive experience in preparation of design plans and specifications of roadways, streetscaping, intersections, recreational park facilities including sports fields and playgrounds, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer and water systems, marina and waterfront structures, handicap ramps along with all associated infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Rohmeyer provides general engineering consulting services such as construction management, construction cost estimating, grant writing and implementation, obtaining permitting, preparation of zoning ordinances and value engineering. Mr. Rohmeyer serves various private development clients with the preparation of site plans and subdivisions enabling projects to progress from concepts through construction. SPECIFIC ERIENCE: 2015 Road Improvement Project - Atlantic City, NJ. The NJDOT funded project consisted of the resurfacing of various roads and installation of sidewalk improvements within the City. 2014 Roadway, Sidewalk and Pathway Improvements Atlantic Highlands, NJ. The NJDOT & CDBG funded project consisted of resurfacing of various roadways, improvements to the Henry Hudson Trail and installation of streetscaping improvements throughout the Borough. Intersection Improvements at CR 527A & High Bridge Road Manalapan Township, NJ. The project consisted of the reconfiguration of a five legged intersection under the jurisdiction of Manalapan Township and Monmouth County. The high volume intersection was realigned to meet today’s design standards and improve the safety for its users. Evesham Recreation

Evesham Recreation Center - Evesham Township, NJ. The award winning project consisted of installation of four baseball/softball synthetic turf fields, concessions and restroom buildings, sports lighting, landscaping and stormwater management within the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, Improvements to Colorado Park - Brick Township, NJ. The Green Acres funded project consisted of installation of one baseball/softball field, tot-lots, two basketball courts, landscaping with irrigation, walking trail and stormwater management facilities Wiggins Park Marina Guest Service Improvements — City of Camden, NJ. The project consisted of the site design and building programming of a guest services center at the Camden County marina site located at the Camden waterfront. The guest building included secure offices, common spaces and restrooms for marina patrons and staff. New Jersey Natural Gas Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station - Toms River, NJ. This project included the construction of a new Compressed Natural Gas fueling station within an existing Waste Management facility. CME Associates provided the survey, site engineering and permitting services for the project. The station includes 24- hour self-serve fast-fill pumps available to the public and services the Waste Management fleet vehicles via time-fill facilities located at each parking stall. Voorhees Township East-West Bikeway Connection Study Voorhees Township, NJ. The study, funded through a Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCD!) grant, details recommendations developed by the project team to improve conditions for bicyclists along the targeted study area within the Township. The study focused on the “4 E's” - Engineering, Educations, Encouragement, and Enforcement. 13th Avenue Boat Ramp Improvement Project Seaside Park, NJ. Funded through a New Jersey iBoat grant, the project consisted of replacement of a failing boat ramp on the Barnegat Bay with an improved ramp design in width and vertical profile. Articulated pre-cast block matting, elongated finger piers and navigational lighting was installed to increase usability and safety. = Ge vumescumya
