COMPANY HISTORY CME Associates, an Engineering, Surveying and Planning firm, was established in 1983 by John H. Allgair, David J. Samuel, and John J. Stefani. It was their goal to build a company with a reputation of integrity and professional service. In 1997, Jay B. Cornell, Michael J. McClelland, and Gregory R. Valesi, joined the Partnership. Today, having grown to over 290 employees in eight (8) offices, the firm is still committed to those initial goals.
