FRANK ZANGARI, Inspector / Construction Manager Mr. Zangari was hired by Neglia Group in August 2021 and brings with him 32 years of experience in the heavy and civil construction field. Mr. Zangari conducts site inspections for projects including roadway reconstruction and underground utilities. Construction management duties include scheduling one or more contractors, resolving design conflicts and coordinating with public authorities. Professional experience:  32 years in heavy site operations, roadways, water main, storm drainage systems, retaining walls, asphalt, concrete and electric utilities.  Owner/operator of New Jersey construction company for 30 years completing projects for municipal, county, school, and private projects. Section 4 Previous Experience Neglia Group provides review, design, and construction management services for municipalities across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, and Union Counties. Please see that we have provided the information regarding our experience in the tables, so that your municipality may refer to the information that you see fit.
