 Pennsylvania Licensed Landscape Architect SURVEYING/GEOSPATIAL DIVISION GARY VEENSTRA, P.L.S., C.F.S., Director of Surveying/Geospatial, Principal Mr. Veenstra joined the Neglia Group in May 2017. He has over 36 years of experience as a land surveyor. His extensive experience includes boundary and topographic surveys for both large and small sites including universities, local schools, government lands, commercial properties, warehouse sites, and residential developments. As Director of the Surveying/Geospatial Group, Mr. Veenstra actively oversees all aspects of the surveying services as well as Geographic Information System (GIS) services provided to our clients. Mr. Veenstra is responsible for proposal writing, client meetings, coordination with internal and external clients, work scheduling, mentoring, boundary analysis, and supervision of all New Jersey and New York surveying services performed by Neglia. MICHAEL TOMLINOVICH, GIS Specialist Mr. Tomlinovich joined the Neglia Group in May 2020 after completing his studies at Lehigh University. Mr. Tomlinovich began working with GIS in 2016 while interning for Veolia North America (formerly SUEZ North America) and continued to develop his skills through interning at the Neglia Group before joining full-time. Mr. Tomlinovich responsibilities include building and managing of GIS databases and related county, municipal, state, and private datasets. Mr. LoPresti was employed by Langan Engineering in the past few years. His vast knowledge of surveying instruments, data collection, and survey grade GPS equipment has set him apart from his peers and he uses this knowledge to manage and mentor his fellow survey team members. Mr. LoPresti has attended many continuing education courses in order to increase his knowledge and remain at the forefront of technology. He also keeps a 40 OSHA Certification and encourages others to work safely on a daily basis. Mr. LoPresti passed Level 1 of the Certified Surveying Technician (CST) test in Winter 2020. CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT JASON R. MENZELLA, Director of Construction As Director of Construction for the Neglia Group, Mr. Menzella oversees day-to-day construction administration operations. His twenty years of experience includes a wide array of construction projects involving roadway reconstruction, construction of ADA curb ramps, asphalt milling and paving, sanitary and storm signals, bridge construction,

 Town of Kearny, Ivy Street Water Main Improvements – Resident Engineer. Perform inspection on new one inch copper services from a 30-inch steel riveted main to new buffalo style curb boxes. Cleaning of coating on 30-inch main welding of new saddles and tapping into existing main 18 services – milling, paving, and concrete repairs allowed. (Approximate Construction Cost of $722,000).  Cliffside Park Road Program 2018-2019 – Area Manager. Project consisted of the milling and resurfacing of Lawton Avenue from Anderson Avenue to Borough of Ridgefield municipal border, and various streets located within the Borough of Cliffside Park including replacement/ installation of curbs, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, NJDEP curb pieces, bicycle safe grates and other incidentals. (Approximate Construction Cost of $1.2 Million).  City of Clifton, Sanitary Sewer System Extensions – Chief Inspector. This project consisted of the extension of the sanitary sewer system on Hazel Street, as well as decommissioning an existing pump station and milling and paving of roadways that were impacted. (Approximate Construction Cost $1.9 Million). Featured projects are:  New Jersey Turnpike Authority Secaucus Interchange/Seaview Drive Extension – Inspector The project involved the construction of a ramp network over and under the mainline for the movements to and from the NJ Turnpike’s Eastern spur. The project included Two (2) new bridge structures, bridge widening, deck replacement, a multi-lane toll plaza, utility building and tramp connections to the Seaview Drive extension.
