The project included storm drainage, irrigation system, and development of new baseball and softball fields for natural surfaces. 2 Turf Soccer fields with cooling system. 6 tennis courts, Bike pathway, Roadway into and out of park, parking lot construction, Musco lighting system. All infrastructure into park, electric, water, fiber optic telephones. Landscaping, comfort stations, maintenance building and amphitheater. Mr. Surace’s skillset includes construction management, managing and directing multiple inspectors, planning, scheduling, field inspections, investigating and resolving impediments encountered, quality control and work zone safety. Professional experience:  30 years in various site, roadways, utilities, underground pipes, drainage system, retaining walls, asphalt, concrete, and masonry.  Inspection and management of municipal, county, and private projects.  Manage and direct multiple inspectors on any construction impediment.  Coordinate and correspond with contractors, township officials, police directors, utility companies, and various residents and business owners.  Verify project quantities and approve payment vouchers,  Schedule coverage for municipal and private site inspections.  Coordinate and attend preconstruction and field meetings.  Review plans, specifications, and revisions to ensure contractor compliance.  Efficiently and accurately ensure installation and testing procedures are followed and in compliance with engineering design.
