Experience Neglia Group has over 75 plus years of experience in providing engineering services and has served various municipalities, such as Kearny and Norwood as, for over thirty years. Our various projects, from landscape architecture to storm water management, can be found throughout northern and central New Jersey. In Section 5 of this Proposal, we have included Project Summaries, which are examples of our past and on-going projects and contain the following: the services provided, a project contact, project completion date, and construction value. Each Project Summary is one example of many similar projects that we have completed for both our government and private clients. We agree to perform all the tasks set forth in the required RFP. C. Key Personnel Resumes-Licensure The education, qualifications, experience, and training of all persons who would be assigned to provide services along with their names and titles have resumes that can be found in Section 3. All of our principal engineers possess a valid New Jersey license and have over 10 (ten) years of experience in their fields and with governmental entities. All copies of Certifications and Professional Licenses are located in the Appendix. D. Office Location Neglia’s primary office is located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey which is conveniently located 13 miles to the Township of West Orange. E.
