The key to project management is setting the tone for project urgency by getting answers from the client and contractors while keeping fairness in mind to the client, the contractor, and the design engineer. RESUMES OF KEY STAFF MICHAEL J. NEGLIA, P.E., P.P., P.L.S., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., President Mr. Michael J. Neglia is the President of the Neglia Group. As a chief executive, he oversees the firm’s entire operation, in addition to serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities. Mr. Neglia’s engineering and surveying experience of over twenty-nine (29) years includes design and construction supervision of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, and site plan layout and review for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and pump stations in several different municipalities. As a result of many successful projects, he has an excellent working relationship with the New Jersey Department of Transportation, numerous counties in the State of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, as well as many other state, county, and local agencies. Featured projects are: Management of Two Regional Sports Complexes in Bergen County in cooperation with several municipalities, a project that consisted of $12 million dollars of renovations, as well as the Kearny Recreation facilities that consisted of $24 million dollars of renovations.
