ATKINSON, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., Principal Mr. Atkinson has over twenty-five (25) years of varied experience in municipal engineering, roadway design, stormwater design, site planning and design, transportation, wastewater, and construction management. His expertise includes the preparation and implementation of roadway and storm sewer capital planning, utility master planning, reviews and recommendations of Planning/Zoning Board applications, constructability reviews, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and State and County grant/funding applications.
