Before joining Neglia, Mr. Luzuriaga was a geospatial intern and assisted the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills’ Sewer Department with mapping out the town’s sanitary sewer system, locating underperforming pumps at various pump stations, and finding more efficient pumps to replace them with.
