PROJECT SUMMARY Year 2020 Road Program Improvements (NJDOT Funded) Hackensack, NJ The City of Hackensack selected the Neglia Group to provide Professional Engineering, Design, and Investigation Services for the City’s 2020 Roadway Improvement Program.
