PROJECT SUMMARY Township of Berkeley Heights Berkeley Heights, NJ Neglia Group was selected by Berkeley Heights Township to provide Engineering Design and Construction Management services for various streets which are a part of the 2019 Capital Road Program. Neglia’s responsibilities in the realm of this project included rehabilitation of Hamilton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end), Rutgers Avenue (b/t Hamilton Avenue and Mountain Avenue), and Princeton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end). The integral design elements were pavement mill and overlay, spot pavement reconstruction, select granite block curb and concrete sidewalk replacement, handicap ramp replacement, roadway stripping, driveway apron repairs, drainage structure retrofitting and right-of-way restoration. Neglia conducted a topographic survey extending to the full width of the right-of-way project limits.
