PROJECT SUMMARY Rockleigh Road Improvements – Phase II (NJDOT Funded) Rockleigh, NJ The Borough of Rockleigh selected the Neglia Group to provide Professional Engineering, Design, and Construction Management Services for the Borough’s Rockleigh Road Improvements, from Willow Avenue to the New York State Border. Below are the project details of the services that were provided.  Installation of Belgian Block curbing from the curbing terminus of Rockleigh Road and milling and paving of roadway  Neglia reviewed file maps and other documents of record and performed field surveys to establish approximate right of way lines in all areas in need of improvement  Neglia held all necessary meetings and research required to coordinate all Municipal Departments  Performed the final design and prepared Final Plans and Specifications so that they met all Municipal, County, State, and Federal requirements  Neglia prepared preliminary bond estimates and identified grant opportunities from CDBG & NJDOT Project at a Glance Client: Borough of Rockleigh Contact: William J.
