Subsection 7-21, Multi-Way Stops, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39: 4-8 (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Intersection: Stop Sign(s) On: Lowell Avenue, Mountain Way, and All Intersecting Streets Luddington Terrace Section 3. Subsection 7-21.1, Multi-Way Stops Near Schools, Playgrounds, and Youth Recreational Facilities, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39: 4-8 (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Intersection: Stop Sign(s) On: Dartmouth Road and Winding Way All Intersecting Streets Maple Street and Mississippi Avenue All Intersecting Streets Section 4. The Municipal Engineer of the Township of West Orange designated Bright View Engineering of Roseland. N.J. to collect data and assess conditions at the listed locations. Their methodology conforms with provisions set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-8 and the applicable requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Section 5. If any provisions of the Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of the Ordinance are severable Section 6. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
