Resume Jason Menzella Director of Construction Mr. Menzella joined Neglia Group in 2020 and has had experience in construction since 2000. As Director of Construction for Neglia Group, Mr. Menzella oversees dayto-day construction administration operations. His decades of experience include a wide array of construction projects involving roadway reconstruction, construction of ADA curb ramps, asphalt milling and paving, sanitary and storm signals, bridge construction, drainage and storm sewer replacement, athletic fields (synthetic and grass), playgrounds, steam cleanings, utility relocations, and all levels of maintenance and protection of traffic.
