It is our understanding that the Township is seeking to make improvements to Degnan Park including the following:  Renovate the existing Community Garden;  Provide exercise equipment for seniors; and,  Install Stormwater Management improvements; With this in mind, we anticipate the following scope of services: 1. Land Surveying Services The following services will be provided under this phase: A. Prepare a Boundary and Topographic Survey including additional topography of the Katz Community Center, the community garden, parking lot, and the area between the parking lot and the baseball field; B. Establish horizontal control based on North American Datum 1983 (New Jersey State Plane Coordinate System-NAD 83) and North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88); C.
