New Jersey American Water, 2023 Ocean City Sanitary Sewer Improvements Ocean City, New Jersey Project director for design, permitting, and construction management of 7,600 feet of 36-inch water transmission main to replace existing prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) main in three phases. The project included easement acquisition, pipeline rehabilitation at two existing railroad crossings, and a new jack-and-bore crossing of a state highway. Project permitting included Conrail Pipeline Occupancy, NJDOT Utility Opening permit, local and county road opening permits, and soil erosion control permitting. Dudley Park Area Water Main Replacements, New Jersey American Water Camden County, New Jersey Project director for the design and permitting of approximately 9,000 feet of 8- and 12-inch water main replacements. Permitting efforts included county and local road opening permits. New Jersey American Water, Lumberton Water Main Replacements Burlington County, New Jersey Project director for design and permitting of 17,400 feet of 6”, 8”, and 12” water main replacements. The project design also included the geopolymer lining of sewer manholes and spot repairs.
