Civil Engineering Services The services under this task will include the following services: a. Design the existing pre-cast concrete sidewalk panels covering the existing drainage culvert; b. Design and prepare contract drawings and specifications for replacing the existing pre-cast concrete sidewalk panels covering the existing drainage culvert. The plan set will include, but not limited to, the following sheets: • Cover Sheet • Existing Conditions/Survey Control Plan • Demolition Plan • Construction Plan • Traffic Control Plan • Construction Details c. Attend four (4) meetings with the Township; d. Prepare a Bid Package that includes construction plans and specifications in accordance with public bidding laws; and, e. Provide the Township with plans and specifications in AutoCAD, hard copy, and PDF files. Summary of Fees We will provide the necessary engineering services as described above based upon the following lump sum fee amounts:  Phase I – Land Surveying Services ..................................................................... $8,000.00  Phase II – Civil Engineering Services ................................................................ $11,500.00 Total Lump Sum Fee ................................................................................................... $19,500.00 Schedule The project will be bid in the first quarter of 2026 with construction to commence in Spring 2026.
