These services include design, planning and analysis, engineering/environmental reports, surveys, and construction phase engineering associated with: roadway improvements; intersection improvements; traffic studies; signalization; streetscapes; development and redevelopment; curbs, sidewalks, and handicap ramps; safe routes to school; complete streets; safe streets to transit; pavement management; bridges and culverts; green infrastructure; stormwater management; drainage systems; parks and recreational facilities; emergency infrastructure and structural investigations; water systems; storm and sanitary sewers; pump stations; flood control; environmental studies and assessments; regulatory permitting; environmental compliance; site remediation; LSRP services; FEMA studies; site plans, subdivision and variance application review; municipal land use; master planning, COAH; preparation and updating of digital tax maps; geographic information systems (GIS); asset management; infrastructure maps; zoning map updates; preparation of bid documents; and engineer's cost estimates.
