Boswell, PE (Officer- In-Charge) and Joseph S. Kosinski, PG, CFM, LEED AP (Department Head - Site/Civil). Mr. Kosinski will ultimately be responsible for the quality and timeliness of all projects performed on behalf of the Township. The firm will utilize our established procedures and document control to maintain efficient communication among team members and with the Township. The following is Boswell’s proposed team to provide engineering design, survey and construction administration/inspection services for the Luddington Road Sidewalk Panel Replacement: * Kevin J. Boswell, PE, PP, CME - President and CEO (Officer-In-Charge) * — Joseph S. Kosinski, PG, CFM, LEED AP - Department Head, Site/Civil Engineering (Project Manager) * Derek M. Hughes, PE - Deputy Department Manager Construction Management/Inspection * Frank M. Krupinski, PLS - Director of Survey Kevin J. Boswell, with more than 42 years of experience in the civil, municipal and environmental engineering, presently serves as Boswell’s President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Boswell is also a Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) and a licensed Professional Planner. As a recognized expert in his field, Mr. Boswell has served as an expert witness for numerous public and private entities in litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Under his leadership, Mr. Boswell continues to play a significant role in the future for federal, state, and local governmental agencies as well as private sector clients and utility companies. His civil and environmental expertise includes an extensive working knowledge of site development, roadway design, water and wastewater systems, as well as treatment and pumping facilities. Mr. Boswell has served as the project leader on a wide array of site development projects in the private sector serving residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. His projects involve environmental permitting, as well as testimony before numerous Municipal, County, State and Federal agencies. Joseph S. Kosinski, PG, CFM, LEED AP, has over 27 years of experience in Site/Civil Engineering. Mr. Kosinski’s experience

Mr. Kosinski’s experience includes the planning and design of civil engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines, while exceeding standards of quality. Mr. Kosinski has successfully completed multiple New Jersey park and recreational projects as a designer and Project Manager. Derek M. Hughes, PE, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Hughes possesses start-up experience with outstanding presentation and customer service skills. His specialties include design, commissioning, materials testing and special inspections. Mr. Hughes has the ability to multi-task and delegate effectively for multiple clients and project needs with excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Frank M. Krupinski, PLS, has over 41 years of experience in the field of surveying and has been a licensed land surveyor in the State of New Jersey for 31 years. Mr. Krupinski has performed and supervised thousands of surveys over the course of his career, prepared numerous complex boundary surveys, and has directed boundary and topographic/utility surveys for hundreds of municipal water, wastewater, and drainage projects. In total, Boswell has three (3) licensed professional land surveyors on staff, all highly capable of providing their survey knowledge, conflict resolution skills and, if necessary, expert testimony to the County.
