He has performed and/or directed control, topographic, hydrographic, structural, cadastral, route, construction and railway surveys for federal, state, county and municipal agencies, as well as transportation authorities, utilizing state-of-the-art Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) equipment, including Real-Time Kinematic (RTK), total stations and data collectors. He is also proficient in the use of CADD engineering/surveying software and is directly responsible for the processing of field data and the preparation of mapping.
