Scope of Services: I. STOP CONTROL ANALYSIS Consultant will conduct a field investigation at each of the following locations to evaluate existing conditions that might affect the installation of stop control at each intersection and confirming adequate sight distance is available and identify any other deficiencies within the study area. Also, Consultant is to review the available crash data attached to the RFP and available crash history from NJDOT’s Safety Voyager system to confirm if significant crash data is present. 1.
