FEE SUMMARY Section 1: Stop Control Analysis (Includes 14 Intersections) $ 7,000 Section 2: All-Way Stop Control Analysis (Includes 3 Intersections) $ 12,000 Section 3: Reimbursable Expenses Time and Materials Section 4: Project Meetings and Coordination Services Time and Materials DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Section 1: Stop Control Analysis (Includes 14 Intersections) Dynamic will prepare a stop control evaluation for the fourteen (14) intersections listed below, in accordance with the Township RFP. This report will evaluate the Township’s potential change in traffic control at the intersections. The existing roadway characteristics will be compared to the guidance set forth within Sections 2B.09 (No Intersection Control) and 2B.11 (Minor Road Stop Control) of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), published by the Federal Highway Administration (FHA). 1. Devonshire Terrace and Nottingham Road 6. Nottingham Road and Normandy Terrace 7. Westminster Terrace and Nottingham Road 8. Brook Place and Mount Pleasant Place 9. Vosseler Ct and Vosseler Terrace 10. Sylvan Place and Burnett Terrace 11. Gilbert Place and Bradford Avenue 12. Devon Drive and Mountain Way 13. Mountain Way S and Mountain Way 14. Cullen Drive and Carlson Road This scope of work includes the following in accordance with the RFP: • A field inspection will be conducted to obtain an inventory of existing roadway geometry, traffic control, and location and geometry of adjacent driveways and intersections as may be gathered without an instrument survey. • Field observations will be performed to observe existing traffic patterns (vehicle & pedestrian) and any other traffic related deficiencies which may exist at the study locations. • The available sight distance for each approach to the study intersection will be observed and evaluated for conformity with industry and jurisdictional standards. • An intersection crash analysis will be prepared based upon information available from NJDOT’s Safety Voyager system as well as the crash reports provided in the Township RFP for up to three (3) years of data, if available.
