Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this Ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to the penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed fifteen (15) days or both, as per W.O.R.G.O. Chapter 7-4.2 Section 6. Regulatory and warning signs, conforming to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated speed limit.
