For the purpose of conducting its meetings in an orderly fashion, the Open Space and Recreation Committee shall make reasonable efforts to use and follow the most recent edition of Robert's Rules of Order. On an annual basis as early in the year as practicable, the Committee shall select from among its members a Chairperson of the Open Space and Recreation Committee, who shall preside over all meetings and a Vice Chairperson to serve as the presiding officer in the absence of the Chairperson. The Committee shall also select a Secretary whose function shall be to keep reasonably comprehensive minutes of the Committee's meetings, showing the time, place, the members present, the subjects considered, actions taken, the vote of each member and other appropriate information pertaining to the proceedings of the Committee. Minutes shall be kept of every meeting and a copy shall be sent to the Municipal Clerk promptly after their adoption by the Committee. The Municipal Clerk shall keep and maintain such minutes in the Clerk’s office available for review by the public. The Municipal Clerk will also cause such minutes to be promptly and regularly posted on the Township website on the website page reserved for information on the Open Space and Recreation Committee. The Committee shall select from among its members a … Deleted: man Deleted: man REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. VI. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. VII. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with the law.
