Resume Michael J. Neglia, PE, PP, PLS, CME, CPWM President Mr. Michael J. Neglia is the President of Neglia Group. As a chief executive, he oversees the firm’s entire operation in addition to serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities. Mr. Neglia’s engineering and surveying experience includes design and construction supervision of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, and site plan layout and review for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and pump stations in several different municipalities. As a result of many successful projects, he has an excellent working relationship with the New Jersey Department of Transportation, numerous counties in the State of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, as well as many other state, county, and local agencies.
