Resume Gregory J. Polyniak, PE, PP, CME, CPWM Vice President Mr. Polyniak joined Neglia Group in 2004 with expertise in both public and private projects, engaging in the design and construction management of numerous development projects since 1997. He has provided design plans and specifications for projects of the New Jersey and New York Departments of Transportation. He has also performed stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, and flood studies. Mr. Polyniak has prepared New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Land Use, Water Quality, and Water Supply permits. He serves as the firm’s municipal engineering and planning representative for various municipalities, as well as Zoning Boards of Adjustment and Planning Boards' Engineer and Planner. He has provided both engineering and planning testimony as a municipal representative and as a private development expert on hundreds of occasions.
