Resume Thomas R. Solfaro, PE, CME, CPWM Vice President, Director of Municipal Services Mr. Solfaro has been working in water resources, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, transportation, municipal engineering, site planning and design, and construction management since 1993. His expertise includes the preparation of utility master planning, feasibility studies, reviews and recommendations of Planning/Zoning Board applications, constructibility reviews, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and State and County grant/funding applications. In addition, he has been responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of municipal capital projects such as storm sewer facilities, potable water facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, roadway infrastructure, streetscape beautification, passive and active parks, and several recreation facilities.
