PROJECT COST SUMMARY We propose the following fee to perform these services as follows: TASK I – SEPARATE BID PACKAGES: TOTAL PROJECT COST: $ 5,005.00 $ 5,005.00 Billing will be on a monthly basis. All coordination with the Township, as well as all meetings, is included in the fee. ASSUMPTIONS • GPI is aware that the breakdown of roads may change and result in the amount of bid packages required. Minor changes to the bid packages above will be absorbed in this fee, however, should there be significant changes, a proposal addendum may be required. SCHEDULE We will proceed with our services upon contract execution and will work with the Township to meet your schedule for bidding and construction.
