PROJECT SUMMARY Township of Berkeley Heights Berkeley Heights, NJ Neglia Group was selected by Berkeley Heights Township to provide Engineering Design and Construction Management services for various streets which are a part of the 2019 Capital Road Program. Neglia’s responsibilities in the realm of this project included rehabilitation of Hamilton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end), Rutgers Avenue (b/t Hamilton Avenue and Mountain Avenue), and Princeton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end). The integral design elements were pavement mill and overlay, spot pavement reconstruction, select granite block curb and concrete sidewalk replacement, handicap ramp replacement, roadway stripping, driveway apron repairs, drainage structure retrofitting and right-of-way restoration. Neglia conducted a topographic survey extending to the full width of the right-of-way project limits. PROJECT SUMMARY Green Street and Wesley Street Intersection Township of South Hackensack, New Jersey The Township of South Hackensack selected the Neglia Group to provide engineering services for the intersection and roadway improvements at the intersection of Green Street and Wesley Street. The intersection processes traffic from/ to Route 80, local traffic, and commercial traffic. Services provided for this project included roadway mill and pavement, traffic signal improvements, curb and ADA-ramp installation, and traffic striping. Neglia also prepared a Local Traffic Signal Plan in compliance with the NJDOT, MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices), AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials), and County regulations and standards. Construction Management services were provided for the associated paving on Wesley Street. PROJECT SUMMARY 2019 Hasbrouck Heights Road Program (NJDOT & Municipally Funded) Hasbrouck Heights, NJ The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights selected the Neglia Group to provide Professional Engineering, Design, and Investigation Services for the Borough’s 2019 Roadway Improvement Program.
