Professional Qualifications and Associations: New Jersey Licensed Professional Engineer Stormwater Management Design Review Course Since joining Neglia, Mr. Silva has worked on a variety of municipal engineering projects including roadway construction, storm / sanitary sewer design, pump station improvements, active recreational park design as well as general municipal engineering reviews for distinct types of projects. Mr. Silva also prepared the NJDEP Land Use Permitting packages and managed the construction contracts for many of these projects. DUNLEA, P.E., Senior Manager Mr. Dunlea joined the Neglia Group in June 2015 and has over eight (8) years of experience in both public and private projects.
