PATRICK J. CARBERRY, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., Project Manager Mr. Carberry has forty-four (44) years of experience in the fields of environmental and civil engineering. He has been responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications and design for various water, wastewater, and municipal projects. In addition, he has also prepared engineering studies. Mr. Carberry has served as a client representative to municipal water and sewer committees and has served as a Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineer. Featured projects are:  Design of numerous water distribution, pumping stations and storage facilities, including a project with a 1,200-gpm booster pumping station, two reservoirs and a SCADA system with an estimated cost of $3.2M.  Design of several wastewater treatment plants including a $75 million secondary wastewater treatment facility, and a $55 million solids-waste resource facility.  Design of pretreatment facilities, including a pilot study for a state-of-the-art industrial pretreatment facility utilizing, and ultrafiltration treatment process on an industrial wastewater stream.  Design of numerous sewage and stormwater pumping stations, including a 32,000-gpm stormwater pumping station in Bergen County.  Developed water master plan for several municipalities in New Jersey.  Responsible for numerous engineering studies and basis of design reports, as well as regulatory compliance for municipal water and wastewater systems. YASSEEN SAAD, P.E., Project Manager Mr. Saad joined the Neglia Group in November 2021 and brings with him over six (6) years of experience in public/private projects. His experience includes working on a variety of municipal, county and state engineering projects including roadway construction, water main construction, various sporting field designs, regional and local stormwater conveyance system improvements, as well as municipal planning / zoning board reviews for various project types. He has also worked on site engineering design for retail, mixed-use, residential, and commercial development projects.  Stormwater Management Design Review Course Certificate JAMES LYLE, Senior Design Engineer Mr. Lyle joined the Neglia Group as a full-time Design Engineer in February 2020 and has over three (3) years of experience in both public and private projects. Specifically, he has been involved in the design, regulatory permitting, and construction management for a variety of projects in both the private and municipal sector. For his Senior Capstone Project, Mr. Gormley worked with a team of five civil and environmental engineers on the Smith Pond Rehabilitation, which focused on different avenues to solve flooding issues incorporating green infrastructure.
