RESUMES OF KEY STAFF MICHAEL J. NEGLIA, P.E., P.P., P.L.S., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., President Mr. Michael J. Neglia is the President of the Neglia Group. As a chief executive, he oversees the firm’s entire operation, in addition to serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities. Mr. Neglia’s engineering and surveying experience of over twenty-nine (29) years includes design and construction supervision of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, and site plan layout and review for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and pump stations in several different municipalities. As a result of many successful projects, he has an excellent working relationship with the New Jersey Department of Transportation, numerous counties in the State of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, as well as many other state, county, and local agencies. GREGORY J. POLYNIAK, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Vice President Mr. Polyniak joined the Neglia Group in April 2004 and has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in both public and private projects. He has engaged in the design and construction management of numerous private development projects. His experience includes work throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Polyniak has experience within all private development sectors. He has been involved in projects of different scales and divisions such as:  Retail-from ten thousand square foot strip malls to over three hundred-fifty thousand square foot power shopping centers  Light industrial - from one thousand square foot warehouse building additions to over five hundred square foot distribution centers for national retailers  Residential - from single family residences to hundreds lot subdivisions  Multi-unit Residential - from two- two hundred ten-unit residential towers to senior citizen housing facilities  Offices - from one thousand square foot office building additions to fifty thousand square foot office buildings Mr. Polyniak has provided detailed design plans and specifications for several projects of the New Jersey and New York Department of Transportation and has also performed various stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, and flood studies. THOMAS R. SOLFARO, P.E., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Director of Municipal Services, Vice President Mr. Solfaro has over twenty-six (26) years of varied experience in water resources, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, transportation, municipal engineering, site planning and design, and construction management. His expertise includes the preparation of utility master planning, feasibility studies, reviews and recommendations of Planning/Zoning Board applications, constructability reviews, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and State and County grant/funding applications. In addition, he has been responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of municipal capital projects such as storm sewer facilities, potable water facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, roadway infrastructure, streetscape beautification, passive and active parks, and several recreation facilities. INTINDOLA, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Principal Mr. Intindola joined the firm in February 2006 and has over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in traffic engineering, design and construction management of transit, traffic, and site access projects. He has successfully managed numerous transportation and municipal projects over the course of his multifaceted career to the satisfaction of public and private clients. The value of constructed projects ranges from $900.00 to $7M during Mr. Intindola’s employment with the Neglia Group. His professional submissions include traffic impact studies, air quality studies, noise impact assessments, parking lot design, site plan design, crossing guard assignment studies, pedestrian analysis, signal warrants, signal plans and state highway access design and permitting from Maine to Delaware.
