Alexander Hamilton Redevelopment, Paterson, NJ - Project Manager for progressive and ambitious rehabilitation of outdated urban housing authority project consisting of lower density townhouses and stacked townhouses for a total of 201 new units, including 32 for-sale homes; all homes will meet the COAH affordable housing guidelines. Lincoln Park Redevelopment, Newark, NJ - Project Manager for a mixed- use residential development comprised of 21 residential units, including seven live-work townhouses, an eight-unit condominium, and a six-unit loft condominium with a ground floor retail space. JACOBS, PE, PP, CFM Civil Engineer Professional Qualifications Evan Jacobs is a civil engineering project manager with 17 years of experience managing, designing and overseeing the construction of a multitude of land development projects.
